I feel that the title words: 'pull yourself together, stop crying' carry the message of abuse and unsupportive attitude. When, at my request, you also shared toxic words you hear, I was strengthened in my vision of the project that shows injustice and appreciation for suffering. Also, I became enraged at the idea of how it is possible to talk to another person like that at all! At the same time, in the course of my work, I saw how thin the boundary is. The line between suffering and assuming the role of a victim.

For me, healing comes through meeting the difficult. It is amazing for me that, on the one hand, it is very important to love and acknowledge wounded parts, to feel the anger that speaks of boundaries while being present. I saw how much can tears be poisonous - because 'they' did it, 'they' did it to me. And how such a way of perception takes away my own agency. How much less powerful I become when I decide to leave responsibility for myself to others. And how easy it is then to find an enemy.

So I choose to be present in sadness, sensitivity; to touch the tears. So tangibly; bodily. The sea of shed tears, like pearls in beautiful colors, shines with violet. Poured, they turn into delicate, enveloping tones of pink colors. Finally seen, cuddled, expressed, they are there, dancing - in their embodiment. They stand full of breath, in their strength and power. At the same time, they do not flood. They do not drown in their anger. They are there, shining with beauty, not poison. That's what I consider a transformation.

And the blank torn cloth again, let it be. It reminds us of how thin the line separates us from being present – between shining and pouring poison into anger and building walls.

In the course of events in the world and in Poland, I wish such a transformation to each of us, as well as to be present in the moment, to be able to acknowledging our suffering and to shine in the breath of healing tears that turn into beauty and strength, instead of drowning in venom, making enemies and victims. Therefore, I invite you to meet the beauty of tears that shine and heal, and to opening up in contact with my work.

The project "pull yourself together, stop crying" is the next scene in the series of exhibitions oriented towards the thought accompanying my work: "I don't know" – a journey to meet those parts in me that ask questions and are in constant search.
